President and founder of Hartmann Financial Advisors, LLC, Don has more than 37 years of experience in financial services and currently holds Series 7 and 63 Securities licenses, as well as insurance licenses for Life, Accident & Health and Variable products. He received his Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA, in 1983. Throughout his career as a financial advisor, Don has helped hundreds of clients develop and implement financial strategies for funding their retirement, accomplishing their estate planning objectives, and creating family legacy plans.
Don's proven ability to take complex issues and make them remarkably clear has helped to enlighten and inspire audiences from coast to coast. Don has conducted more than 200 continuing education workshops for attorneys, financial advisors, and CPAs in 14 states and has educated the trustees and staff of dozens of nonprofit institutions. He has also been responsible for the implementation of more than $200 million of family partnerships, charitable trusts, and private family foundations.
Don’s civic activities include serving as a member of the board of the Denver Emergency Medical Services Council from 1979 through 1985, and serving as Chairman of the council in 1984 and 1985. He also served as the Chairman of the Board of Sharing & Caring Ministries, an inner-city ministry in Denver, for 21 years.
Vint started his financial services career right after college in 1995 with Ameritas Financial Services. In 1997, Vint began a similar endeavor with a large insurance and financial services company. For more than 15 years, Vint has specialized in helping families protect and grow their assets. He holds Series 6, 22, 62, 63, and 65 Securities licenses and a Colorado Insurance license. He is also certified to assist clients with their long-term care insurance needs. Vint enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping.
With more than 30 years of experience in office management and administration, as well as a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, Katherine is responsible for office operations, including the monitoring of all client accounts, the implementation and upkeep of our client database software, management of financial resources, and coordination of special projects.
She is also responsible for the administration of Hartmann Advisors' proprietary Tactical Retirement Plan, including the design and production of the annual client progress report process.
Katherine’s passion outside of HFA is to share sound financial principals based on the Bible and establish a network to connect resources and users.
With many years in customer service and finance, with a background in mortgage financing, Jayme has joined our team as the new Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for assisting Katherine in all client related fields as well as day to day office routines. Jayme is also responsible for maintaining our website and social media pages, weekly newsletter communications, and assisting in coordinating client events.
Jayme is a mother to two children who keep her busy and she enjoys sports and the outdoors outside of HFA.
Having many years of experience in office administration and management, including running her own word processing firm for seven years, Anita is the “go-to” person for client service issues, including account setup and maintenance, changes, and updates. She has become an expert in navigating the systems between the broker dealer and the many investment companies with whom we do business. If necessary, she acts as a liaison to get a client request accomplished!
Anita is also responsible for maintaining our website and coordinating client events, as well as the logistics of the electronic distribution of weekly economic commentaries, market updates, and other pertinent financial news or product information.
Anita is a member of Cornerstone Church in Lone Tree, where she and her husband, Jim, are active members.
